MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The ZNPP is located on the left bank of the Dnepr River near the city of Energodar. It is the largest NPP in Europe in terms of the number of units and installed capacity. The plant has six power units with a capacity of 1 gigawatt each.
The Brazilian government has condemned the drone attack on a vehicle carrying International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) staff heading to the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), the Brazilian Foreign Ministry said.
"The Brazilian government condemns the December 10 drone attack on one of the IAEA vehicles carrying agency employees," the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
The ministry also emphasized the importance of a peaceful resolution to the Ukraine conflict.
