During the
workshop, Senior Social Media Manager Denis Lukyanov discussed how to develop social networks, analyze the target audience and its specifics of content consumption, and evaluate the effectiveness of communication on various platforms.
"Cooperation between our media outlets gained a new momentum when Sputnik organized a practical and engaging workshop aimed at making the digital media department of the Ethiopian Press Agency more functional and interactive. The session inspired us, and we hope that the SputnikPro meetings will become a tradition for us," Worku Belachew, Editor-in-Chief of the EPA said.
After the event, Lukyanov praised the professional skills of the Ethiopian colleagues.
"The workshop with EPA journalists showed a high level of their training and interest in developing social media accounts. The colleagues from Ethiopia demonstrated their skills in developing several social media platforms while carrying out a practical assignment. I am glad that I was able to share my experience, which will be of practical use for them," he said.
