On November 15, the US media reported that Washington had warned Kiev that if it agreed to settle the conflict with Russia on Trump's terms, it would have to make significant territorial concessions. In turn, former Democratic congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard said that Trump's goal is to prevent World War III.
An average of 52% of Ukrainians would like Ukraine to agree to end the war as soon as possible, while 38% believe that it is necessary to fight "until victory," a recent Gallup poll, conducted in August and October this year, revealed.

"After more than two years of grinding conflict, Ukrainians are increasingly weary of the war with Russia. In Gallup’s latest surveys of Ukraine, conducted in August and October 2024, an average of 52% of Ukrainians would like to see their country negotiate an end to the war as soon as possible. Nearly four in 10 Ukrainians (38%) believe their country should keep fighting until victory," the poll's results said.

Gallup noted that at the beginning of the current conflict in 2022, 73% of respondents were in favor of the country "fighting until victory." In 2023, this figure dropped to 63%, and 27% were in favor of peace through negotiations.
The portal added that people are tired of the ongoing conflict, and the country's future remains unclear for its residents.
