Rosseti is one of the world's largest power grid holdings, providing power supply to consumers in 82 regions of Russia. More than 80% of all electricity generated in the country is transmitted through the networks of the company. Rosseti has 44 joint-stock subsidiaries and affiliates.
Representatives of Rosseti ("Russian Grids") and the South African ministry of electricity and energy discussed cooperation in the power grid complex and agreed on development of joint projects, the Russian company reported.
