Over 400 Tunisian schoolchildren and college students have participated in the "Robotics and Innovative Educational Technologies Days" organized by Russian House in Tunisia on November 1-3.The Russian team's work and the chosen format were well-received by the participants: "Today's training [on VR in medicine] was an incredible experience for me in understanding digital innovation and science. I learned a lot about the latest tools and methods that can help conduct scientific research," Fatma Hamemi, a student at a gifted children's lyceum in Manouba, said.Emina Sherni doesn't regret spending a whole day learning about Russian innovations. "I'm a member of the 'Club of Inventions' children's robotics club here in Tunisia," she said. "Personally, I want to become an aerospace engineer, so I took advantage of the opportunity to learn about robots built in Russia! I really appreciate the cultural exchange that took place with our Russian friends, an exchange of knowledge about technology and innovation, especially in the field of mechatronics and robotics. We haven't had such interaction before!"According to Yuri Zaytsev, director of the Russian House in Tunisia, the event's program was excellent for guiding Tunisian students towards careers in technology and could potentially attract them to technological universities, including those in Russia.

For three days, from November 1 to 3, a team from Russia's Penza State Technological University transformed the Youth Center of Manouba in Tunisia into an exhibition hall, a design bureau for future space engineers, and a lab for developing educational simulators.
"This is the first time we've hosted an event of this scale, one so interesting for our youth," said Atef Slama, director of the Youth Center of Manouba. "I extend my sincere gratitude to the delegation from Russia, Penza State Technological University, and our partners from the Russian House in Tunisia for this amazing collaborative project."
