The International Science Fiction Symposium "Inventing the Future" is taking place at the Russia National Centre from November 4 to 6. The event's mission is to rekindle society's interest in the future design industry through state and business support by engaging youth in scientific and technical creativity.
India, China, Russia and African countries are named among the global economic leaders for the next ten years, Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration, said at the international symposium "Inventing the Future."

"Which countries will dominate global growth in the coming decades? We see India with 23 million [people] born in 2023. The urbanization rate there is now about 35%. Its [India's] upward trajectory is already on the same trajectory that China has already gone through; Russia has long since passed," Oreshkin said.

Africa’s Energy Sector Strengthened: Russia to Participate in Africa Energy Week in Cape Town
Oreshkin highlighted that the most rapid growth is expected in African countries. He cited Nigeria and Ethiopia as examples of countries with significant populations that will contribute to driving the global economy.
