Zelensky refuses to negotiate a settlement of the Ukrainian conflict,
Russian President Vladimir Putin told his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in Kazan, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"We are ready to start negotiations, as President Putin confirmed," Sergey Lavrov stated.
