At least 18 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike in northern Lebanon, the Lebanese Red Cross says.The Israel Defense Forces carried out an airstrike on a house in the Aitou settlement in the Zgharta district. 18 people were killed and four got injured, the organization reported.
