Equatorial Guinea's President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo will lead a delegation on a visit to Moscow from September 25 to 28. Additionally, in April, Nadezhda Shkolkina, head of the Russian State Duma's Friendship Group with Equatorial Guinea, met with the country's ambassador, Luciano Nkogo Ndong Ayekaba, to discuss the possibility of a new fisheries cooperation agreement.
