Egypt Hopes to Sign Agreements With BRICS States After Summit, Prime Minister Says
CAIRO (Sputnik) - Established in 2009, BRICS is an intergovernmental organization comprising Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Egypt aims to sign bilateral agreements with BRICS members during the upcoming summit in Russia's Kazan, Mostafa Madbouly said on Thursday.
"We hope that during the summit we will have an opportunity to achieve bilateral agreements with [BRICS] member states," the Egyptian prime minister said at a weekly press conference when asked about the BRICS summit.
Madbouly emphasized that his country seeks to strengthen relations with BRICS states.
Egypt applied for
