MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The IV Eurasian Women's Forum takes place in Russia's St. Petersburg, September 18-20. Mirjana Spoljaric, the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross, is among the participants.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with Mirjana Spoljaric, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), for a wide-ranging exchange on key aspects of the ICRC's work in Russia.

"Mirjana Spoljaric's attention was drawn to the numerous facts of Ukraine's violation of the norms of international humanitarian law, including in the context of the treatment of prisoners of war and civilians," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
