The university is a vibrant hub for education, culture, and scientific studies in the Perm region of Russia.
From August to November, a group of teachers from Perm State Humanitarian and Pedagogical
University will travel to Namibia to lead educational events at the newly opened Russian language and culture center, contributing to the development of cultural exchange and educational opportunities in the region.
"In the third ten days of August, a delegation from Perm Pedagogical University [Russian university located in the Perm Krai region of Russia] will go to the Republic of Namibia. Representatives of the university will open a Russian language open education center in the country's capital Windhoek - the first in the countries of Southern Africa," university's press-service says.
Teachers from Perm will lead training courses and
