Located in the heart of Russia's Ural region, Perm State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University stands as one of the oldest universities in the Urals, having been founded in 1921. The university is a vibrant hub for education, culture, and scientific studies in the Perm region of Russia.
From August to November, a group of teachers from Perm State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University will travel to Namibia to lead educational events at the newly opened Russian language and culture center, contributing to the development of cultural exchange and educational opportunities in the region.

Russian-African Network University is ‘Much Larger Than Just Education,’ Professor Says
"In the third ten days of August, a delegation from Perm Pedagogical University [Russian university located in the Perm Krai region of Russia] will go to the Republic of Namibia. Representatives of the university will open a Russian language open education center in the country's capital Windhoek - the first in the countries of Southern Africa," university's press-service says.
Teachers from Perm will lead training courses and educational events for local residents, with a focus on topics such as "Treasures of Russian Friendship," "Window to Russia," and "Dialogue in Russian." Approximately 300 Namibians are expected to participate in the center's activities.
