A part of a highway bridge collapsed due to heavy rains in Zhashui County, Shaanxi Province, at around 8:40 pm (12:40 GMT) on Friday. Rescuers have so far found five vehicles that fell into the river, while about 20 vehicles are still missing, the report said. Rescue operations are currently underway.

09:19 20.07.2024 (Updated: 13:43 22.07.2024) MOSCOW (Sputnik) - At least 11 people have died and 30 others are missing after a highway bridge collapsed in northwest China's Shaanxi province, the state-run China Central Television (CCTV) reported on Saturday.
A part of a highway bridge collapsed due to
heavy rains in Zhashui County, Shaanxi Province, at around 8:40 pm (12:40 GMT) on Friday.
Rescuers have so far found five vehicles that fell into the river, while about 20 vehicles are still missing, the report said.
Rescue operations are currently underway.
