Russian President Vladimir Putin deeply sympathizes with the families of the victims of the events in the Russian city of Sevastopol and the country's region of Dagestan. Assistance will be provided to all the injured, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
On Sunday, Putin constantly received reports and gave instructions in connection with the events in both regions, he said.
Russia fully understands who is behind the barbaric missile attack on Sevastopol, Peskov noted, adding that the US involvement in hostilities that led to the deaths of Russian civilians will definitely have consequences.
