He added that the advantage in the conflict is in Russia's hands, despite the military and all kinds of support, direct and indirect, from NATO, the US, France, and Germany.Moddaber also agreed with Putin's statement, implying that if the West and Kiev reject this peace proposal, they will be responsible for the bloodshed.Earlier in the day, at the meeting with the leadership of the country's foreign ministry, Putin underlined that once Ukraine starts pulling back its troops from Donbass and Novorossiya and promises not to join NATO, Russia will stop the fighting and be open to discussions.

Today, Only Solution to Ukraine Conflict is Realization of New Russian Peace Proposal, Expert Says
17:55 14.06.2024 (Updated: 18:18 14.06.2024) On Friday, Russia's conditions on ceasefire in Ukraine were voiced by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the meeting with the leadership of the country's foreign ministry.
Today, the only solution to the
conflict in Ukraine is the implementation of the new Russian peace proposal,
Iranian political analyst Ruhollah Moddaber told
Sputnik."Disregarding previous proposals, ignoring the Minsk agreements, and neglecting the four rounds of negotiations that could have helped stabilize the situation in Ukraine, the West's actions have led to the continuation of the crisis," he said.
The expert called the initiative "clear and transparent." He added that the advantage in the conflict is in Russia's hands, despite the military and all kinds of support, direct and indirect, from NATO, the US, France, and Germany.
Moddaber also agreed with Putin's statement, implying that if the West and Kiev reject this peace proposal, they will be responsible for the bloodshed.
Earlier in the day, at the meeting with the leadership of the country's foreign ministry,
Putin underlined that once Ukraine starts pulling back its troops from Donbass and Novorossiya and promises not to join NATO, Russia will stop the fighting and be open to discussions.
