New finance and foreign ministers were appointed in Rwanda, according to a statement by the office of the country's prime minister.Rwanda's ex-Ambassador to the Netherlands, Olivier Nduhungirehe, replaced Vincent Biruta as Rwanda's foreign minister.Former Director General of the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR), Yousuf Murangwa, became the country's Finance Minister instead of Uzziel Ndagijimana.The appointments of ministers responsible for public service and labor, gender and family promotion, as well as the environment, were also announced in the statement.The presidential election in Rwanda is scheduled to take place on July 15.

New finance and foreign ministers were appointed in Rwanda, according to a
statement by the office of the country's prime minister.
Rwanda's ex-Ambassador to the Netherlands, Olivier Nduhungirehe, replaced Vincent Biruta as Rwanda's foreign minister.
