"We ask ourselves questions," said the Central African PM to Sputnik Africa about the provenance of weapons held by illegal groups.
On the sidelines of SPIEF-2024, Félix Moloua commented on the Russian diplomatic spokeswoman's claims that weapons delivered to Kiev are falling into the hands of terrorists in Africa.
"The question we're asking ourselves is how these people can access weapons when they have no factories and no possibilities," he explained.
However, the CAR cannot "point the finger at one country or another," stressed the Prime Minister, while acknowledging that his country is facing "ill-intentioned individuals who are better armed than our army."
In this context, he thanked Russia for supporting the CAR Armed Forces and strengthening their capabilities.
"They are operational in the field and are proving their worth," said the Head of Government.
