Russia Launches Angara-A5 Rocket From Country's Vostochny Cosmodrome

The launch of the Angara-A5 space rocket fom the Vostochny cosmodrome was initially planned for Tuesday. However, it was postponed due to some technical issues, according to the Russian space agency Roscosmos.
Sputnik Africa is live as the Angara-A5 heavy lift rocket with the "Orion" upper stage lifts off from the Russian Vostochny Cosmodrome in the country's Far East.
By the end of 2033, Roscosmos plans to launch 15 Angara rockets with "Orion" modules. A key goal of the Angara project is to create rockets for establishing a Russian orbital station.
