Russia Sends Note on Counterterrorism to Ukraine Via Belarus, Foreign Ministry States
MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Moscow has recently passed a note on countering international terrorism to Kiev via an established diplomatic channel in Minsk, the Russian Foreign Ministry told Sputnik on Sunday.
Earlier in the day, the ministry said that it had conveyed to Ukraine its demand that those involved in
terrorist attacks on Russian territory, including Ukrainian Security Service head Vasyl Malyuk, be arrested and ceded to
Moscow.
"Several days ago, Russia sent a relevant note to the Ukrainian side via an established channel in Minsk," a ministry spokesperson told Sputnik when asked how exactly the Russian document on countering international terrorism had reached Kiev.
The spokesperson did not provide any further details.
