The latest report by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) on torture of Russian prisoners of war in Ukraine cannot be called a serious study or an adequate reflection of reality, the data is incomplete, Russian Foreign Ministry special envoy Rodion Miroshnik told Sputnik. OHCHR employees visited 44 Russian prisoners of war in Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Lvov, Nikolaev, Sumy, Vinnytsa and Zaporozhye regions of Ukraine between December 2023 and February 2024.
