MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The suspects in the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue outside Moscow were detained just 100 kilometers (around 60 miles) from the Ukrainian border, RT and Rossiya Segodnya editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan said on Saturday, adding that the Russian soldiers who apprehended the suspects should be rewarded.
"The monsters [terror attack suspects] did not make a hundred kilometers to the Ukrainian border. We bow to the fighters who did not let them escape. We'll help them in any way we can. And the state should decorate them, of course," Simonyan said on Telegram.
It is obvious that the incident was "staged by non-brothers [Ukrainians]," she added.

"Finding executors in chat rooms is a simple matter. And then the question: did the dog in a vyshyvanka [Ukrainian traditional clothing] get off the chain, or was it given such a command? Either way, it's the trainer's fault," Simonyan said.

Simonyan promised to provide the soldiers who had stopped the car with any necessary assistance, including the closing of mortgages, loans, or "anything else."

A shooting occurred on Friday evening in the Crocus City Hall concert venue just in the city of Krasnogorsk, outside Moscow, followed by a massive fire. A Sputnik correspondent who witnessed the attack reported that at least three men in camouflage had broken into the music hall, shooting people point-blank and throwing incendiary bombs. According to the latest data from the Russian Investigative Committee, at least 115 people died in the terrorist attack and many others were injured, and the number of those killed is expected to increase.
Eleven people were detained in connection with the attack, including four who were directly responsible, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said. All four were detained in the Russian region of Bryansk, which borders Ukraine, a few hours apart, the FSB added.
