Russian President Vladimir Putin is receiving all information about the unfolding situation in the wake of the deadly terrorist attack on a concert hall outside Moscow, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
"The president was briefed about the Crocus City Hall shooting in the first minutes after it happened.
