is predictable, a Malian expert told

"The Russian president does not play with the interests of Russia and its people; he is a reliable leader who can guarantee security and development for Russians," Abdoul Diallo, a Malian public figure, said.
The expert added that Putin is the right person to lead Russia today. Based on the results of processing 50% of the ballots, Putin has received 87.34% of the vote.
