Burkina Faso, Morocco and Niger were the top three countries in terms of law enforcement professionalism, according to the Afrobarometr survey.
In Burkina Faso, 58% of respondents said that their police often or always act in a professional manner that respects people's rights. Morocco was one percent behind Burkina Faso and Niger was just three percent behind the leader.
