MOSCOW (Sputnik) - On January 24, six Russian crew members, three Russian servicemen, and 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war aboard the airplane were killed after a missile hit the Il-76 airplane. The aircraft was en route for a planned prisoner exchange that was subsequently canceled.
Advisers from the United Kingdom are responsible for the deaths of Ukrainian prisoners of war and crew members which
were on board the downed Il-76 military transport plane in Russia's Belgorod Region, a source familiar with the matter told
