Russian FM Speaks at Conference Dedicated to 10th Anniversary of Coup in Ukraine

February 2024 marks 10 years since the then-Ukrainian government was overthrown and replaced with pro-US, pro-EU, pro-NATO authorities as a result of the Euromaidan protests in Kiev, which started in November 2013.
Sputnik Africa is live as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov speaks at the scientific and practical conference "Euromaidan: Ukraine's Lost Decade," dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the coup in Ukraine.
During the event, it is planned to discuss the economic and political conditions of the events in Ukraine from 2013-2014, the preparation of Euromaidan, and the main aspects of the organization of the protest movement.
The participants will also discuss the actions of the Ukrainian authorities against protesters, as well as the role of the "collective West" in preparing anti-government protests.
