"Chad is one of the African countries that is our potential partner. All the possibilities of our interaction are far from being revealed, there is something to work on. The foreign minister of Chad took part in the recent Russia-Africa summit in St. Petersburg, and this official visit is being carried out as a continuation of these processes.
