MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia will assist Nicaragua in retraining and advanced training of law enforcement personnel at a training center in Managua, in line with a Russian government resolution posted on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The document says that the Russian government will cooperate with the government of
Nicaragua in countering “challenges and threats to law and order and public safety,” as well as “in the fight against illicit trafficking and use of
