North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui arrived in Moscow on January 14 for talks with her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov. The resolution of the conflict on the North Korean peninsula was the main topic of their talks.
At their meeting in Moscow on Tuesday, the foreign ministers of Russia and North Korea made the following key statements:

Sergey Lavrov:

Russia's proposals to the United Nations Security Council to resolve tensions on the Korean Peninsula are on the negotiating table;
Moscow calls for refraining from any actions leading to escalation and advocates a comprehensive settlement of the problems in the region;
The policy of Washington and its regional satellites, which creates threats to North Korea, does not contribute to the settlement of the conflict;
Russia appreciates the support of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in the special military operation in Ukraine;
Russia closely and fruitfully cooperates with Pyongyang in the United Nations and other organizations and always supports it on these platforms;
Russia and the DPRK will take stock of the implementation of the agreements reached at the summit between President Vladimir Putin and President Kim Jong Un.

Choe Son-hui:

The DPRK will make every effort to maintain and develop its relations with Russia;
Pyongyang plans to intensify bilateral contacts with Moscow in 2024;
President Kim Jong Un's historic visit to Russia last September and the North Korea-Russia summit were very important events in bringing the friendly relations between the two countries to a new level.
