All those responsible for the shelling of central Donetsk on New Year's night, which Moscow designated a terrorist attack, will be held to account, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday. The ministry has also called on the international community to "distance [themselves] from the actions and decisions of the Kiev junta and condemn its crimes aimed at demonstrative and cynical destruction of civilian population," adding that their non-reaction is interpreted by Kiev as silent approval. Western countries should realize that they are sending NATO weapons to a state capable of using them against the alliance, the ministry added.
