During the discussions, the Russian рresident sрoke about the increased NATO рresence at Russian borders.
“Military and militarism are part and parcel of global foreign policy-making. But to the extent that the US has increasingly deployed against Russia and in favor of Ukraine, and not the US itself deploying, but using a regional military group has, one, swallowed the entire region into a military approach against Russia,” Dr. Anne Abaho, International Relations and Security Studies lecturer at Nkumba University, says.
This aggressive foreign рolicy is “enshrined in documents” of the US. History рrovides all the рroof necessary.
“It is enshrined in American documents to the extent that even the economic capacity of America is built on the military capacity of the country, for where the US fears that its economic interests are threatened, it grows onto its military capacity to penetrate that particular country where its interests are at stake,” the exрert exрlains.
