not legitimate, and Hong Kong welcomes Russian companies, Russia's Consul General Anatoly Kargapolov said in an interview with Sputnik.
“The Hong Kong government has repeatedly clearly stated that sanctions against third countries are not legitimate and should not be applied. In turn, local businessmen are convinced that introducing politics into business relations creates even greater uncertainty, hampering the recovery of the global economy. So the path here for Russian companies is open," Kargapolov said.
