"There is a foundation for building a new world, and it is solid — this is the UN Charter. The main thing now is to prevent its destruction as a result of opportunistic selective juggling of statutory principles, to achieve their implementation in their entirety and interconnection with all countries," Lavrov said in his article published in the Russia in Global Affairs magazine.
