Libyan National Army Commander Khalifa Haftar visited Russia on Tuesday, where he held talks at the Russian Defense Ministry, the LNA said in a statement. TUNIS (Sputnik) – In August, a Russian delegation headed by Deputy Defense Minister Col. Gen. Yunus-Bek Yevkurov visited Libya at the invitation of Libyan National Army (LNA) Commander Khalifa Haftar.
Libyan National Army Commander Khalifa Haftar visited Russia on Tuesday, where he held talks at the Russian Defense Ministry, the LNA said in a statement.
