The United Nations estimates the total number of recorded Ukrainian refugees currently exceeds 6 million.

Russian Red Cross Says Helped Over 1 Million Refugees From Ukraine, Donbass
MOSCOW (Sputnik) - More than one million refugees from Ukraine and Donbass have been helped by the Russian Red Cross since the start of Russia's special military operation, which is about 25% of the total number of refugees from the conflict in Russia, the humanitarian organization said on Wednesday.
"In the year and a half since the start of the Ukrainian crisis, we have
reached over a million of refugees and displaced people with our help and support. Per various estimates, from 2.8 [million] to 5.3 million people have arrived in Russia," Russian Red Cross President Pavel Savchuk was quoted by the organization as saying.
Savchuk added, "This means we have helped about 25% of the total number of refugees and displaced people from Ukraine and Donbass who have ended up in our country."
