Early Monday, two Ukrainian surface drones launched a terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, to which Russian President Vladimir Putin vowed to retaliate, adding that the Defense Ministry was preparing proposals.
Russian military inflicted new retaliation strikes on Thursday night on the areas of production and storage of unmanned boats of Ukraine military, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"Last night, the Russian armed forces continued retaliation strikes using sea and air-based high-precision weapons against production workshops and storage sites of unmanned boats in the districts of Odessa and Ilyichevsk, Odessa region. In addition, fuel infrastructure facilities and ammunition depots of the Ukraine armed forces were destroyed in the area of the city of Nikolaev," the statement said.
The target of the strike has been achieved, all designated objects have been hit, the ministry concluded.

Over the past day, Ukraine continued offensive attempts in the Donetsk, Krasny Lyman and South Donetsk directions. The Russian armed forces have repelled 16 attacks by Ukrainian troops in the Donetsk direction over the given period, the ministry noted, adding that two attacks were repulsed in the Krasny Lyman direction.
"During the fighting, over 210 Ukrainian military, an armored combat vehicle, three vehicles, a US-made M777 artillery system, Akatsiya and Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mounts, as well as two D-30, D-20 and Msta- B howitzers were destroyed," the ministry of defense said.
In total, Ukraine lost over 400 military in the Donetsk, Krasny Lyman and South Donetsk directions over the past day, the statement read, adding that Kiev also lost up to 110 military in the Kupyansk direction.
The ministry added that Ukraine has lost more than 210 military in the Donetsk direction over the past 24 hours.
"Enemy losses in these directions [the South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions] amounted to 170 Ukrainian military, six tanks, three armored combat vehicles, two vehicles, as well as Msta-B and D-20 howitzers," the ministry added.
According to the ministry, Russian air defense forces intercepted seven HIMARS multiple rocket launchers and destroyed 32 Ukrainian drones overnight.
Since the beginning of the special military operation, Russian forces destroyed a total of 456 aircraft, 243 helicopters, 5,140 unmanned aerial vehicles, 426 anti-aircraft missile systems, 10,776 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,139 combat vehicles of multiple launch rocket systems, 5,537 field artillery guns and mortars, as well as 11,767 units of special military vehicles, the ministry pointed out.

Western Sponsors of Kiev Regime Fail to Condemn Attack on Crimean Bridge, Envoy to UN Says
On Monday, Russia's Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article "terrorist attack" in connection with the attack by two Ukrainian surface drones on the Crimean bridge.
The attack killed a couple from Russia's Belgorod region and seriously injured their daughter.
Commenting on the incident, Putin called it not only a brutal but also a militarily senseless crime. The president assured that Russia would not leave this attack unanswered.
