Kiev carried out a terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge using two surface drones, Russia's National Anti-Terrorism Committee has said. The authorities added that Russian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case on terrorist attack.Russian investigators are identifying those involved in the organization of the terrorist attack among the Ukrainian special services and armed groups, the press service of the Investigative Committee noted.An examination will be conducted as part of the criminal investigation into the terrorist attack, a law enforcement source told Sputnik.Commenting on the attack, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the decision to target the Crimean Bridge was made by Ukrainian officials and military with the participation of the US and UK intelligence services.According to the Governor of Russia's Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov, two residents of the region, a man and a woman, were killed in the incident, while their minor daughter was injured.

"At 3:05 [6:05 GMT] two Ukrainian unmanned underwater vehicles carried out an attack on the Crimean Bridge. As a result of the terrorist attack, the road part of the Crimean Bridge was damaged, while two adults were killed and one child was injured," the statement said.
The authorities added that Russian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case on terrorist attack.
Russian investigators are identifying those involved in the organization of the terrorist attack among the Ukrainian special services and armed groups, the press service of the Investigative Committee noted.
"The necessary examinations have been appointed as part of the criminal case. The investigation is identifying individuals from the Ukrainian special services and armed units involved in the organization and execution of this crime," the committee said.
An examination will be conducted as part of the criminal investigation into the terrorist attack, a law enforcement source told Sputnik.
