Prigozhin later confirmed the information, saying that Wagner troops were returning back to their field camps.Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Saturday evening that the criminal case against Prigozhin would be terminated and he would leave for Belarus under guarantees given by Putin. He also noted that the Belarusian president's efforts in talks with the Wagner Group were aimed at reaching the "highest goal" of avoiding an internal confrontation in Russia. Peskov added that the events will not affect the progress of Moscow's military operation in Ukraine.

"The column of PMC Wagner left Rostov and is headed to their field camps," Golubev said on Telegram shortly after midnight.
