Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Algerian counterpart Abdelmajid Tebboune address the plenary session of the 26th edition of SPIEF.The Algerian president arrived in Moscow on June 13 and held talks with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and the heads of the upper and lower houses of parliament.On Thursday, Tebboune was welcomed by President Putin.
