Violent clashes between the Sudanese regular army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) broke out on April 15, with the epicenter located in Khartoum, and were initially focused on airports and government buildings.
Amid violence in Sudan, which the Sudanese Health Ministry estimates has left around 600 dead, the Sudanese Embassy in Moscow said that the country's foreign ministry, in cooperation with international organizations and foreign governments, has begun evacuating foreigners from the country, including those who were harassed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).Several countries have been evacuating their citizens and diplomats in cooperation with other African and Middle Eastern countries for ground and air transit.Sputnik presents you with photos of the evacuation of Europeans from Sudan.
Violent clashes between the Sudanese regular army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) broke out on 15 April, with the capital Khartoum being the epicenter of the fighting which was initially focused on airports and government buildings. Government forces accused the RSF of mutiny and launched airstrikes against their bases.
