Death Toll From Plane Crash in South Korea's Muan Int'l Airport Rises to 120, Reports Say

SEOUL (Sputnik) - The death toll from the Jeju Air plane crash that occurred in South Korea’s Muan International Airport has risen to 120, the Yonhap news agency reported on Sunday, citing firefighter teams.

Earlier on Sunday, the news agency reported that the passenger plane carrying 181 people on board, including 175 passengers and a crew of six, overrun the runway while landing at Muan International Airport and crashed into a fence, catching fire. A collision with birds could have caused the problem during the plane's landing.
