The US Defense Department should continue increasing military supplies to Ukraine, President Joe Biden said, commenting on Russia’s alleged missile attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
On Wednesday, the coordinator of the local pro-Russian underground network Sergey Lebedev told Sputnik that the Russian military hit energy infrastructure facilities in Ukraine's Dnepropetrovsk (Dnipro) and Ivano-Frankovsk (Ivano-Frankivsk) regions, among others, as well as the Ukrainian-controlled part of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

"[...] The United States and the international community must continue to stand with Ukraine. […] The United States has provided Ukraine with hundreds of air defense missiles, and more are on the way. I have directed the Department of Defense to continue its surge of weapons deliveries to Ukraine, and the United States will continue to work tirelessly to strengthen Ukraine’s position in its defense against Russian forces," Biden said in a statement.
