African countries are becoming "testing grounds for American experimental drugs," Nigerien analyst Issoufou Boubacar Kado Magagi told Sputnik Africa.

"Some African countries are unconsciously becoming unlimited reservoirs of pathogens of dangerous infections," the expert emphasized.
The West could use viruses or bacteria to "neutralize African citizens," the analyst stated, fearing a "biological war, as was the case with Ukraine and Iraq."
