The Guinea-Bissau-flagged ship, which sent out a distress call near Crimea, has been moored in a Russian port, according to the Maritime and River Transport Agency.
Russian ship pilots guided the GAM EXPRESS into the port of Kerch, the agency reported.
The captain of Gam Express reportedly announced the intention of the crew to leave the ship, which created risks for the ship's safety in the Black Sea.
The crew consists of 16 people, including one Egyptian and 15 Syrians. The port management provided them with humanitarian aid.
