The Kremlin has taken note of reports that some Western states have allowed Kiev to launch long-range missile strikes on Russian territory, spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Monday.
"We, of course, paid attention to the relevant reports, which contain the information you mentioned without reference to any official sources," Peskov said.
Such a permission, if the decision was made and communicated to Ukraine, means a new round of tensions, the official said, adding that Russian President Vladimir Putin has clearly formulated Moscow's position on such decisions.
