Authorization to Strike Deep Into Russia by American Weapons is "Blatant Casus Belli": War Reporter

US President Joe Biden authorized Ukraine to strike deep into Russia with American missiles ATACMS, Western media reported on Sunday. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that allowing Kiev to use its Western long-range missiles on Russia would mean NATO's direct participation in a war against the Russian Federation.

Authorization to strike deep into Russia by the American weapons is a "blatant casus belli," a war correspondent Laurent Brayard told Sputnik Africa.
He noted that Russia will undoubtedly take strong measures, after the authorization given by Washington.
In addition, Brayard added that Biden’s administration "rushed to make this decision" before the arrival of Donald Trump, because he could try to reverse the course.
"One of the first things he will do will probably be to cancel this order. But it will be complicated because there are powerful lobbyists, the CIA, etc. Even if the situation is a little different from 2017 since he has a lot more power, especially in Congress,” he said.
The correspondent said that, in fact, the conflict is beneficial for the deep state, arms dealers and Western military-industrial complexes.
