Zelensky refuses to negotiate a settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, Russian President Vladimir Putin told his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in Kazan, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"We are ready to start negotiations, as President Putin confirmed," Sergey Lavrov stated.
Lavrov noted that Kiev's refusal to negotiate has been a recurring pattern, with each attempt at negotiations leading to a less favorable outcome and pushing the Kiev regime further away from an agreement.
