Ethiopian Airlines Launches New Route to Port Sudan

Ethiopian Airlines, the national carrier of Ethiopia, is wholly owned by the Ethiopian government. It was established in 1945 and began international flights in 1951.

According to the airline company, the new route to the key Red Sea port city reflects the airline's commitment to serving the African market and contributing to its growth.

“By introducing daily flights to Port Sudan, we are bridging cultures and economies. This expansion is a testament to our unwavering dedication to serve our continent and its people, driving progress and prosperity through the skies,” Mesfin Tasew, Group CEO of Ethiopian Airlines, said.
