General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems announced it in a statement on Wednesday.
"Today at 8:15 am CDT, an incident involving pyrotechnics occurred at the General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems facility in Camden, Arkansas. At this time, we are working with first responders and can confirm the incident resulted in at least two injuries and one missing individual," the statement said.
The company is cooperating with authorities investigating the incident, the statement added.
Members of the Arkansas congressional delegation, including Senator John Boozman and Congressman Bruce Westerman, said that they are monitoring the situation.
