Eswatini Prime Minister Russell Dlamini visited Friday Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ) in Belarus.
The African kingdom's delegation visited the BELARUS machinery exhibition, the tractor assembly building, and the MTZ museum, followed by a meeting with the Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Industry Alexander Ogorodnikov and MTZ Marketing Director Mikhail Kadnikov.
"The Minsk Tractor Plant supplies tractor equipment to more than 20 countries in Africa. We are ready to offer the Kingdom of Eswatini BELARUS tractors ranging from 60 to 150 horsepower. We expect to sign a contract this year," Kadnikov said.
Over 3,000 units of Belarusian tractor equipment and 80 combine harvesters are to be delivered to Zimbabwe, Belarusian industry minister announced in late January.
